📚 Curriculum
With professional counselling and training from education psychologists, we have designed a diversified, inspiring, balanced, integrated, spiral curriculum. We utilize suitable pedagogical approaches and activities to enhance and empower children's learning, enabling them to develop an individualized, life-based learning model. We will follow the “Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide” (2017) to plan curriculum. Children of nursery classes will not be asked to write, and there will not be mechanical copying exercises and drills on calculation.
🎯 Teaching Approach
Our curriculum caters to children's needs. Considering environments and community contexts, we design curricula for all levels. By using stories, a whole language learning environment and life skills development activities, we help children to achieve all-round development, and cultivate their initiatives and independence in learning.
🤝 Student Support
Registered social workers provide counseling and referral services for children in need; Special early childhood practitioners provide individual counselling for children with special needs. Occupational therapists, speech therapists and physical therapists provide consultation and courses on child development.Preschool rehabilitation services are provided (including integrated programme and onsite support services).
👨👩👧 Parent Activities
We have a parent volunteer team that offers opportunities for parents to participate in various activities aimed at promoting sharing of parentice experiences and providing support to newly arrived parents. Registered social workers will also lead the parent team providing support to help parents cope with parenting stress. They will also organize playgroups and activities for families in need.
