📚 Curriculum
Our school's curriculum is designed to meet the developmental needs and abilities of young children, utilizing play as a key strategy. We aim to cultivate lifelong learning skills by respecting each child's individuality and providing diverse learning materials and activities tailored to their unique needs and interests. We will follow the “Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide” (2017) to plan curriculum. Children of nursery classes will not be asked to write, and there will not be mechanical copying exercises and drills on calculation.
🎯 Teaching Approach
To create a pleasant learning environment, we use a theme-based instruction model that includes group learning, self-choice learning corners, real-life learning, projects, life education, and outdoor visits. We hope to stimulate children's thinking and enthusiasm to learn through observation, exploration, and interactive participation.
🤝 Student Support
We provide an adaptation program for new admissions and a preparation program for primary admissions. We offer professional consultation, assessment, early identification, counseling, and individual or group training services to children and parents by social workers at our school. Extended and occasional childcare services for parents are also provided as needed.
👨👩👧 Parent Activities
Regularly organize parents' day, family picnics, family sports day and parents lesson observation, parent workshops, Parent Teacher Association, home-school publication and a school newsletter and website to strengthen communication and contact with parents and establish a good home-school partnership.Our school social worker also provides timely support services, enhances the effectiveness of parental management, and strengthens the connection, communication, and cooperation between parents and the school.
